Dear C2 students,

Please be reminded that the deadline for submission of your cip certificate for final verification was last Friday – 17th Oct 2008. If you have not done so, this is your last chance. The submission of verified CIP Cert either with amendment, with additional info or without signature is treated as no submission. We only accept verified CIP Cert without error and with signature. To help you in this process, please refer to the following list of students who have not submitted their verified CIP Cert:

For those who are still not clear on the proper procedure for amendment, please note that :(1) You have to see me personally to amend it by this Thursday (23th Oct). (2) After which, look for Mdm Geraldine Koh from college reception.She will print a new copy of your cip certificate.(3) If all the details are correct, sign it and give it back to her.(4) if not, repeat step (1) to (3) again. As I have highlighted in the briefing, CIP Certificates not verified by the stipulated deadline will be considered as correct. There will be no further extension of deadline. Please note that Our college will transfer all C2 cip records into MOE system on 24th Oct 2008. After which, you have to pay an administrative charge of $20 per certificate for amendment. Last but not least, please be reminded that you are responsible for your CIP certificate. Thank you.
